Seeds of Change’s medical clinic provides basic family practice services, adult preventive care, and specializes in managing chronic conditions. When necessary, we can also arrange a referral to a specialist. Our compassionate, skilled providers are dedicated to supporting our patients throughout their recovery.

Dental Clinic
Seeds of Change’s dental clinic provides a full range of general dentistry services. These include preventive care, restorative treatments, basic oral surgery, and limited full-mouth reconstruction. We are working to create a referral network for more complex oral surgeries.

Optometry Clinic
Seeds of Change’s Eye Clinic offers comprehensive, routine pediatric and adult eye examinations. If possible, more urgent ocular pathology, such as external eye infections, will be managed based on timing and availability. We provide referral to advanced care specialists as needed. Prescriptions for glasses will be provided, and we anticipate having an in-house glasses dispensary.
